Vegan burger




(Serves 2)

La William Vegan Samuraï Sweet Ritual
• 2 hamburger buns
• 2 vegan burgers (e.g. The Vegetarian Butcher™)
• iceberg lettuce, single leaves
• 1/2 red onion, thinly cut into rings
• 1 tomato, thinly cut into rings
• 1 avocado, sliced into strips


Heat a pan with the cooking fat or oil of your choice, fry the burgers until they are nicely brown in colour and cooked through.
Cut the buns in half and place a hearty spoonful of LA WILLIAM Vegan Samuraï Sweet Ritual sauce on top. Then add the lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, vegan burger, avocado and some more red onion. Season with salt and pepper and dive in!
