Vegan tacos



(Serves 4)


La William Vegan Samuraï Sweet Ritual
• 135 g taco shells
• 160 g vegan fillet pieces (e.g. The Vegetarian Butcher™)
• iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 1 red onion, diced
• 1/2 red chili pepper, finely chopped
• basil leaves
• 1 lime, juice of half and half cut into wedges
• 4 tbsp fried onions


Cook or heat the taco shells according to the instructions on the package.
Cook the vegan fillet pieces and use a fork to pull the pieces apart a bit.
Make a salsa with the tomato cubes, red onion, chili pepper, basil and lime juice. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Fill each taco with iceberg lettuce, salsa, the fillet pieces and La William Vegan Samuraï Sweet Ritual sauce. Finish by putting the fried onions on top. Bon appetit!
