Buddha bowl

Ingredients Buddha Bowl:

(Serves 2-3)

La William Vegan Samuraï Sweet Ritual
• 60 g finely chopped red cabbage
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar
• mint leaves, finely chopped
• 40 g baby spinach
• 200 g edamame beans
• 1/4 cucumber, cut into pieces
• 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
• 300 g tabouleh-bulgur salad
• Sesame seeds


  • Place the red cabbage in a bowl and add red wine vinegar, sugar, finely chopped mint, a dash of olive oil and a little salt.
  • Stir everything together and let it marinate for a while.
  • Take a deep (buddha) bowl and place the spinach leaves in it.
  • Place the beans, cucumber, tomatoes, tabouleh salad and marinated red cabbage on top.
  • Add a large spoonful of La William Vegan Samuraï Sweet Ritual sauce, sprinkle in the sesame seeds and add the mint leaves, salt, pepper and olive oil.
