Serves 4. Mix 500 g of your ground meet of choice with 1 egg and 20 g breadcrumbs. Divide the minced meat into 4 and make 4 hamburger patties of +/- 3 cm thickness. Cook the burgers until golden brown on one side. This can be done on a hot grill, in a frying pan, on the BBQ or in a casserole dish in the oven (add a tablespoon of butter first). Flip the burgers over and bake the other side as well. Lower the heat and fry the burgers until they are cooked through. Cut 4 sesame buns in half and spread both sides with a layer of La William Andalouse sauce. Now build your burger the way you like it: meat, old cheddar, more La William Andalouse, sweet onion rings, tomato, lettuce, tomato, old cheddar and crown it with the top of your sesame bun.
