The spicy sauce is made from carefully selected tomatoes & uses Spanish gazpacho as a source of inspiration. In addition to tomatoes, our Andalouse sauce contains specially chosen capers, our very own La William mustard & a hot spice mix. All these ingredients together make for a delicious sauce that goes perfectly with fries, skewers & any type of red meat.

  • By the way, are you aware that La William is the inventor of Andalouse sauce? It's been on the market for over 40 years now, but at La William we still proudly remember that we were the first to bring the one-and-only Andalouse sauce to the market! The recipe was inspired by gazpacho. This cold Spanish tomato soup originally comes from the south of Spain – Andalusia – where it is too hot for real soup.
  • Just as in gazpacho, there are also a lot of vegetables in La William’s Andalusian sauce. The most important ingredient is, of course, the tomatoes.
