Vegan brochettes

Ingredients Vegan Brochettes:

(Serves 2)

La William Vegan Andalouse Southern Garden
• 250 g tofu, diced
• 1 red Anaheim pepper, diced
• 250 g brown mushrooms
• iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
• grilled tortilla wraps
• satay sticks
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • Place the tofu cubes, red pepper chunks and mushrooms on the satay sticks.
  • For the marinade, mix all the ingredients into a smooth sauce.
  • Dip the satay sticks in the marinade and let marinate for a while.
  • Place the satay sticks on the BBQ or in a grill pan and roast them until they are nicely browned and crispy.
  • You can also put the tortilla wraps on the BBQ or grill them in a toaster.
  • Place the satay on a tortilla wrap and take out the satay stick.
  • Add iceberg lettuce and La William Vegan Andalouse Southern Garden sauce.
  • Throw in a handful of fresh coriander leaves. Did someone say delicious vegan brochettes!?
