Ingredients: rapeseed oil, pineapple, sugar, egg yolk from barn eggs (5,7%), water, vinegar, pineapple juice, dextrose, spices (mustard), tomato powder, mustard, kirsch, Scotch Whisky, malt vinegar (barley), lime juice, tamarind, soy sauce (wheat), soy protein hydrolysate, flavourings, salt, glucose-fructose syrup, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, cane molasses, caramel, acids (tartaric acid (L(+)-), citric acid, malic acid), gelling agent (pectin), stabiliser (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), colours (paprika extract, plain caramel), antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA). Produced in a factory that also handles milk, crustaceans, celery and fish.

Brasil

Brasil: fresh pineapple gives your spicy favourite sauce a fruity taste. Now this combination has been around for a loooong time. In the 80s, La William turned the sauce world upside down. The unique combination between spicy and sweet immediately caught on. And inspired a lot of our followers. Our original is a unique blend of kirsch, curry and ... lots of fresh pineapple – perfectly ripe and therefore extra sweet. The chef's recommendation to give your chicken or ribs an exotic twist!

  • The basis of Brasil's sublime, sweet taste is of course the fresh pineapple we use.
  • Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contains a lot of vitamin C, and is also rich in fibre. There are quite a few varieties on the market, including super sweet varieties. By the way, did you know that pineapples no longer ripen when they are harvested? That is why we only pick our pineapples for the Brasil sauce when they are really ripe and nice and sweet.
  • The fresh pineapple, together with the unique blend of kirsch and curry, provide the delicious taste of La William’s Brasil.
